What we do
What we do
At Kaiser Permanente, we are building bridges to bring care closer to our members. Talk to a doctor in an hour for basic symptoms or virtually visit one of our physicians. We’re meeting our members where they live, work and play.
We are leveraging vast amounts of data to make care more personalized, getting our members to the care they need in the fewest steps possible, while enhancing their quality of care.
We all turn to family and friends for health advice. That is why we’re exploring ways to make healthcare more social. We’re building options that will enable our members to connect their health to those in their social circles because we understand that is where people often find the greatest support, advice, and reassurance.
Health Innovation has created a region-wide innovation group called the 20•20 Champions.
This group exists to DISCOVER new ideas, CONNECT the organization, and ACCELERATE change. Each of our 13 Southern California medical centers are represented by a physician and administrative partner who serve as ambassadors of innovation with a direct line into the exciting transformational work being done throughout Kaiser Permanente.
